Booking Policy

I use an online booking system to manage appointments. This system allows you to select a convenient appointment time from the available slots. You can also book your next appointment at the end of your treatment with me in clinic.

Once you have selected a convenient appointment, you will be asked to pay a £50 deposit. A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided. You will also receive a reminder via email 48 hours prior and text message 24 hours prior to your appointment. 

Rearranging your appointment

I understand plans can change and sometimes an appointment needs to be changed as a result. I try to be as flexible as possible however, the following will apply:

Up to 48 hours before your appointment time

Please contact me on 07872835560 to rearrange, free of charge.

Less than 48 hours before your appointment start time

Your booking deposit will not be refunded due to the short notice given and the likelihood of that appointment slot being unusable.

Cancelling your appointment

I understand it may sometimes be necessary to cancel your appointment. I try to be as flexible as possible however, the following will apply:

Not attending your appointment (no shows)

While we hope this would never happen, please be aware that if you fail to attend your appointment and do not make contact, your deposit will be non-refundable and the remaining balance for your treatment will be owed.
